Your First Session

You may experience anxiety about your first session. Relax.
Usually the session will go more smoothly than your fears predict and you'll walk out far more relaxed than when you walked in.

After some initial paperwork, we will start by talking about what is troubling you, what lead up to the problems, what your feelings and beliefs are and what you have tried to do to help yourself up to this point.

We will investigate approaches that may create positive change in your life, as well as identify your strengths.
